Instant DHW heaters

Complete “plug and play” system for the transfer of heat from technical water heat storage tank to the programmable and circulatory control unit. The QUICK PLUS module guarantees the production of DHW with limited formation of limescale and the temperature set by the user. The heat exchange takes place via the AISI 316 stainless steel plate exchangers with the maximum guarantee of hygiene and high performance. The module, which is connected to a buffer tank from which it draws energy, includes all the components required for its operation and allows the user to monitor operations via a graphic display control unit, as well as easily enter the work-ing parameters. The heart of the QUICK PLUS unit is the spe-cial electronic adjustment which guarantees the temperature value set for the DHW via modulation of the primary circuit flow rate.

The QUICK PLUS floor-standing module is available in six dif-ferent sizes (60, 70, 80, 100, 120 and 200*) (*): DHW production from 10 to 45 °C with primary 55 °C.

The innovative and decisive element of the QUICK PLUS unit is the special electronic adjustment which guarantees the temper-ature value set for domestic hot water via modulation of the primary circuit flow rate.

This guarantees:

• Maximum heat drop of the primary circuit to optimised the generator efficiency (solar thermal system; heat pump, biomass, etc.)

• Accurate and reliable adjustment.Thanks to the excellent efficiency of the heat exchanger, the module is ideal for use in heat pump systems or with solar panels which use low temperature radiator storage tanks (50-55°C).
